We have used Barnes twice for gas hot water heater installations over the last 16 years. The service has been good on both occasions. We are now having Barnes replace a wood stove with a vent-free natural gas heating stove. The quote process was good and we are now looking forward to the installation. There are not that many businesses in the area doing natural gas appliance installations. I'm glad we have at least the one good service provider.
